Kenneth “Kenny” King, our Construction Manager has over 40 years of experience in building homes in Hawaii, California, Idaho and Arizona. Kenny has extensive Construction Management experience in commercial and residential construction. His project history includes tract housing, custom homes, tenant improvements, restaurants, retail stores, commercial buildings and concrete parking structures. He has a complete understanding of “getting to the bottom line,” meaning maximizing the value of time and money. Kenny is very proficient at value engineering and is a master carpenter in all phases of construction. Has been a general contractor for over 30 years licensed in both Hawaii and California.

Jennifer Medeiros, CKD is our Certified Kitchen Designer and in house Interior Designer. She has over 10 years of experience in designing rooms and specializes in customized kitchens and baths. Jennifer is the company’s active representative in the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Jennifer is highly proficient in the Chief Architect software, which she uses to transform any homeowner’s design concept into a 3-D virtual image. This unique capacity allows the homeowner the ability to walk through the project before any construction is even done! Jamie Busch is principal of JB Architecture, Inc. and is our in-house Architect. He has been a Hawaii resident for over ten years and is currently a licensed architect in Hawaii and Arizona. After graduating from Arizona State University School of Architecture in 1989, he was an apprentice architect for two years at Taliesin West- the Frank Lloyd Wright School of Architecture. At 46 years old, Jamie already has nearly 20 years of custom residential experience, ranging from small remodels to high-end, luxury custom homes. Jamie also has versatile construction management experience. He has worked as Construction Superintendent and Project Manager on estate homes at Kukio, and has designed numerous homes for other resort areas of the Kona Coast.

Scott Lee is our Director of Finance & Operations. Scott graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2001. He also received a Juris Doctorate degree from FIU’s College of Law in 2007. Mr. Lee has worked in the capacity of Controller and Finance Manager for many years and joined the real estate development firm, Electrovest, in 2001. Scott also has experience in the field of property management, leasing and customer service, as well as running his own consulting firm providing accounting and business services. He was formerly the General Manager for The Shops at Mauna Lani on the Big Island before joining the Construction Management team at Seven Valleys. “It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it.
